I would like to invite you into a daily 2 minute experience this week.

 This beautiful song is by Canadian vocalist, Andrea Menard.  It is a centering, grounding song, whose lyrics remind us of the peace for which we long.  I encourage you experiment with a new rhythm.  Pick a time in your day, sit down, close your eyes and listen.  For 2 min.  Every day.  Try it for the rest of the week.  That is only 4-5 days.  See if it makes a difference in your day.
